1 cup = 90g
Flours 1 cup = 125g
Nuts and seeds 1 cup = 140g (approx)
Dessicated coconut 1 cup = 100g
Dried fruit 1 cup = 100g. 1 tbsp = 15g
Fruit/veg 1 cup = 125g
Liquids (milk, water, yoghurt) 1 cup = 240ml/g = 16 tbsp
Honey/maple syrup/brown rice syrup 1 cup = 160ml/g = 16 tbsp
Coconut oil/butter/nut butters 1 cup = 120g. 1 tbsp = 20g
Cocoa powder 1 cup = 120g. 1 tbsp = 10g
Lemon zest 2 tsp = 1 lemon
