When we started to improve our eating habits, we didn’t overhaul everything at once. For us, it was about reprogramming what we knew about ‘healthy eating’ by making better food choices, one at a time.
Gradually we started to tune into the small but amazing ways our bodies reacted to the changes – to our energy levels, skin, health, concentration, fitness, weight, happiness, satisfaction… And by taking baby steps, we never felt deprived or overwhelmed. Nor did we ever find it difficult or time consuming.
