Peanut butter

Out with the peanut butters packed with artificial flavourings and preservatives, sugar, palm oil and excess salt… in with the whole, natural, organic nut butters containing 100% nuts which give you essential vitamins, fats and protein – to keep you full and satisfied. We love brands such as Meridian or Biona.

Nut butters are also more versatile than you might think. Try almond butter spread on a Medjool date for a sweet treat, as a topping for porridge, or on toasted rye bread with banana slices. Cashew butters are delicious in smoothies, in baking or with fruit as a snack. They’re a healthy foodie’s bff. Yum.
