Olive oil is a nutritional superstar, rich in healthy monounsaturated fats. It’s famously a key feature in Mediterranean diets, which is linked to a lower risk of heart disease. And the flavour is amazing. But recently, olive oil has been given a bad rep when it comes to cooking. Confused? We were too.
